Who we are

Jays Rocky (“we”, “us”) runs jaysrocky.com and provides SEO, web development, digital marketing and promotion services. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@jaysrocky.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (646) 757-1130.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run and protect the site:

• Project enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional WhatsApp or phone number, your message, and whether you ticked the newsletter box.
• Free audit form: your email address.
• Blog reply form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your reply and the article it is about. Replies are sent to us by email; they are not published on the site.
• WhatsApp, email and Fiverr: anything you send us when you contact us directly.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used briefly to block spam and automated (bot) submissions, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
• Analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, country, device and page speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify you or track you across other websites.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or audit, and deliver services you order (needed to take steps at your request before and during a contract).
• To send you a short confirmation that we received your message.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you ticked the box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which pages are useful (our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and email:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides its analytics, speed monitoring and bot protection.
• Resend delivers the emails sent from our website forms.
• Zoho hosts our business email inbox, where your messages are stored.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages if you contact us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They act on our instructions and protect it under their own security and data protection terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and emails for as long as we need them to work with you, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example invoices). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Spam-protection data is held only briefly.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies. Our bot protection may store small technical values in your browser to tell real visitors from automated traffic.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time. Email contact@jaysrocky.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data protection laws, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and children

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our forms are protected against spam and abuse. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our services are for businesses and adults and are not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date below shows the latest version.
